Sales Promoter – various locations within the Klang Valley

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming booth or retail display
• Keep the display items clean and in good condition
• Handle all the equipment at the booth
• Proactively engage with shoppers and introduce them to Nora Ana Jewelry
• Communicate brand values and product features confidently
• Promote current deals, discounts, and product bundles to drive sales
• Collect customer information for loyalty programs and marketing outreach
• Track daily sales, customer feedback, and booth inventory
• Stay informed on all current product offerings and promotions
• Adhere to company policies, location-specific rules, and safety procedures
• Wrapping and packing the display and booth items at the end of the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in retail, booth promotions, or customer service is preferred
• Warm, positive and pleasant personality
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
• Outgoing, driven, energetic personality with a strong sales mindset
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible shifts
  (weekends/holidays included)
• Familiarity with POS systems
