ELIGIBILITY

  • Full-priced items purchased from our website are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order, and include your proof of purchase.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item 
  • You received an incorrect ring size.
  • Production defect.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE)

  • Earrings, backorder items, Last Look, and sale items are final sale unless they are defective.
  • Custom pieces, pre-orders, and international orders are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted.

Please do not return any item without written approval from our team.

SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Nora Ana Jewelry is not liable for any damage incurred during return transit. We recommend secure and trackable shipping.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store Credit & Exchange Terms

  • All purchases made using store credit are final sale.
  • Items exchanged for a different size cannot be returned again.
  • Items can only be exchanged with another of the same original price.

For items purchased on our website:

  • We offer a 7-day exchange period or store credit only.

RETURN MISUSE

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if the policy is used excessively or not in the intended spirit.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Custom and pre-order items are considered final sale after the 48-hour window.
  • Please do not return any item without written approval from our team.
