Thank you for shopping with us at Nora Ana Jewelry. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth and informed experience.

Processing Time

Please note: Orders do not ship out the same day they are placed, unless there is a request for same day delivery no later than 4pm on the purchase date.

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. If you need your order urgently, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pre-order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are listed on their respective product pages.

If you’d like your available items shipped first, we offer split shipping upon request. Please email [email protected] with your order number.

  • Within Malaysia: Split shipping is free of charge.
  • International Orders: Standard international shipping rates will apply to each shipment.

Custom Orders

Custom items may require additional production time. Shipping timelines for these products would be indicated upon order processing.

International Duties & Taxes

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to their shipment.

We declare all packages at the actual purchase value in order to insure them properly. As a result, we have no control over the duties or taxes imposed by your local customs authorities.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.
  • We are not obligated to issue a refund or resend the order.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen and you did not purchase shipping with insurance, the courier services provide a default compensation coverage of up to RM200 for loss or damage. The customer would need to provide supporting documents to file a complaint with the respective courier service. Nora Ana Jewelry is not liable for the contents and are not obligated to issue a refund once the package has been passed over to the courier service.

For protection over RM200 in value, we recommend choosing a shipping option that provides extra coverage.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping charges
  • Any import/customs fees incurred
  • The cost of returning the package to Nora Ana Jewelry

Please note that as we do not issue refund on processed or shipped items, these costs shall be deducted from your Store Credit.

Delivery FAQs

For Free Shipping:
• West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
• East Malaysia: 10–15 working days
• International: 20–30 business days

For Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley only):
• Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon–Fri) will be delivered via Lalamove/Grab the same day
• Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered on the next working day.
For Free Shipping:
You will receive a tracking email once your parcel is dispatched. The customer may monitor the parcel status via the tracking link provided.

For Same-Day Delivery:
A text message will be sent to the recipient’s mobile number once the order is processed and ready for delivery.
For Malaysia shipments:
• NinjaVan/ DHL-e / Poslaju

For International shipments:
• NinjaVan (UPS)/ DHL / Poslaju
We process all orders within 48 hours thereabouts. As a result, changing an order after it has been placed may not be possible if it has already been processed by our system.

Yes. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or contact information provided by
the customer, a second delivery fee will be charged.

This re-delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before the parcel
can be resent.
