This warranty policy covers jewelry purchased on this website. For jewelry purchased on Shopee, TikTok, or on other Nora Ana Jewelry stores, please refer to policy terms of the relevant shopping platforms.
Warranty Against Rust
Warranty Coverage:
Nora Ana Jewelry hereby warrants that our jewelry products are free from rust under normal use for a lifetime from the date of purchase from this website.
Conditions:
This warranty is valid only if the jewelry has been used and maintained in accordance with our care instructions. It does not cover damages caused by:
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents
- Prolonged exposure to water, moisture, or humid environments
- Physical damage, such as scratches or impacts
- Improper storage or handling
Claims Process:
To claim warranty service, please contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photographs of the affected jewelry for assessment.
Remedies:
If the claim is valid, Nora Ana Jewelry will, at its discretion, replace the affected jewelry free of charge, if stock is available, or provide store credit that is of equal value to the price it was bought at.
Limitations:
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied. Nora Ana Jewelry is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting the conditions mentioned above.
Warranty for Production Defects
Definition of Production Defect:
For the purpose of this warranty, a “production defect” refers to any manufacturing flaw or flaw in craftsmanship that causes the jewelry item to be structurally or functionally defective, such as broken clasps, defective links, or visible manufacturing faults that are not caused by user mishandling or external factors.
Notice and Claims:
Nora Ana Jewelry provides a 7-day warranty against production defects. You must notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order if you believe the item has a production defect. To initiate a claim, please provide:
- An unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt
- Clear photographs of the defect
- Proof of purchase
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of receipt, provided the claim for production defect is made within the specified period.
Conditions and Exceptions:
This warranty is valid only if the jewelry has not been damaged due to improper handling, mishandling, misuse, or external causes such as exposure to chemicals, water, physical impact, or other causes as have been mentioned in “Conditions” above. Damages caused by such factors are not covered.
Replacement Process:
Upon verification of the defect, we will:
- Replace the defective item with the same item, subject to availability
- If the same item is not available, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price
All replacement or credit is contingent upon:
- Submission of the required proof of purchase
- Availability of stock
Note
We reserve the right to assess the defect and determine whether it qualifies as a production defect under this policy.
Repairs
925 sterling silver is softer than gold. We advise customers to take good care while wearing jewelry made from this metal. If damage, such as broken chain or clasp, occurs through wear and tear, repairs may be possible. However, we do not provide this service at this stage.
